At Big Blue Farmhouse, we grow everything naturally and free from chemicals. Our Lavender Citrus Fine Finishing Salt combines our culinary lavender leaf and buds grown right here on our 1/4 acre lavender field, with the uplifting elements of dehydrated lemon peels and kosher sea salt for a delicious seasoning.    Perfect to use for both sweet and/ or  savoury dishes. Add it as a finishing touch on baked scones or add it to your white fish for a burst of fresh, aromatic flavor. Enhance your culinary creations with a touch of Big Blue Farmhoue's natural goodness.
 
We packaged the Lavender Citrus Coarse Salt in a bag to allow for you to decided whether you wish  to grind using a salt grinder or mortar & pestle to acheieve your prefered finish.
